A Message from FON President, Kevin Dennis, CPCE, CWIP

  Happy 2025! January is a time for fresh starts and new beginnings and I am beyond excited to start my term as President of the Foundation of NACE. We have many exciting things on the horizon this year and I look forward to accomplishing them with my fellow Trustees. Speaking of which, I am thrilled to welcome 3 passionate advocates to our Board- Selina Mullenax, CPCE, CMP, the Regional Sales Director for South Central and Southeast Regions for Cort, Vincent Dreffs, the Executive Director of Sales, Marketing and Events for Southall Farm & Inn, and Erin Ollendike, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BBJ La Tavola. Join me in welcoming them with open arms!

Saying goodbye is never fun and this year we bid farewell to two exceptional trustees- Harvey Stern, CPCE  and Kevin Dana. Their dedication to the Foundation has been invaluable, and we are so thankful for their time and efforts.

In 2024, thanks to our donors, we awarded 5 scholarships exceeding $20,000, and backed 9 NACE chapters with $4,500 in speaker grants.  It's crucial to highlight that while we raise funds, it's you - NACE members - who breathe life into dreams.  Your support, generosity, and commitment have enabled us to grant $320,000 in scholarships since 2008, fostering a truly incredible community. I look forward to working with you to continue making dreams come true and I am hopeful that 2025 will exceed all expectations, especially seeing as our longtime corporate sponsor Tito’s Vodka will have donated $100,000 by the end of this year.  

As I begin my journey as President I am both honored and humbled by the opportunity to lead the Foundation of NACE. Together, let's embrace the future with enthusiasm and continue this remarkable journey.
